Ms. Sunena Sabharwal has enjoyed the practice of law in California since 1990, and family law for fifteen years. She has handled complex asset division including division of interests in start-up companies, complex spousal support issues and child custody cases. Ms. Sabharwal also handles general civil litigation, employment litigation and injury cases. This broad range of experience contributes to the practice of family law and allows her to pursue creative avenues of legal representation. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
She has represented individuals, developers, trucking companies, restaurants, businesses, real estate brokers, private institutions, contractors, executive and non-executive employees, employers, homeowners and children.Her mission is to provide quality legal services using cost-effective, economical processes to achieve maximum benefit for the client.
