Bob Florez
Bob Florez, M.A., is a Youth advocate, Program developer, and Counselor. Bob Florez provides direction and leadership for the CE&YD program of Sunny Hills Services. Bob has 20 years of experience working with gang youth and has served as a consultant regarding gang-related issues to a number of local agencies, including Law Enforcement agencies, School Districts, and he has consulted on street gangs with the California State Department of Justice, Law Enforcement Intelligence Units. He is also certified to train police officers in the psychological and sociological aspects of gang culture and is Peace-Officers-Standard-in-Training certified. He trains inmates in San Quentin on methods of working with delinquent and gang affiliated adolescents. He also teaches Psychology at the Santa Rosa Junior College.
